St. Theresa Preparatory school is a Christian Minority Institution (Constitution of India Act,30) established and administered by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bareilly, a charitable Society (Registered Society) registered in Bareilly on 13.4.1989 under the societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.
It is a preparatory school, not under any Govt. Authority, and a separate entity on it’s own. Children admitted in St. Theresa Preparatory School which is run by Catholic Diocese of Bareilly. They will have to seek fresh admission in St. Theresa Sr. Sec. School with Proper Procedures and admission fee.

St Therese of Lisieux (1873-1897) was a French Catholic who became a Carmelite nun at an early age.
